By hiring Polished Cleaning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by our company.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access or use our services.

Services Provided

• • Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning
• • Post-construction cleanup
• • Move-in and move-out cleaning
• • Regular maintenance cleaning

All services are performed by trained, bonded, and insured professionals using eco-friendly cleaning products.

Booking and Payment

Booking: Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day service may be available for an additional fee.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

Liability and Insurance

Polished Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our clients and our team members.

In the unlikely event of damage to your property, please notify us immediately. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or repair/replacement of damaged items, whichever is less.

Client Responsibilities

• • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
• • Ensure pets are safely contained during service
• • Inform us of any special requirements or areas of concern
• • Provide working utilities (water, electricity)

We will return to re-clean any areas that don't meet your expectations at no additional charge.
