How far in advance should I book?

cleanings. For special services like move-out or
post-construction cleaning, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead.
However, we often accommodate same-day or next-day requests
depending on availability.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes! We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Our

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don't need to be home during the cleaning! Many of our
clients prefer to be out while we work. We just need access to
your home and any specific instructions. For first-time clients,
we recommend being available for a brief walkthrough to discuss
your preferences.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority! We offer a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If you're not completely happy with our service,
contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean any
areas of concern at no additional charge.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that schedules change! Please give us at least 24
hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can

cancellations may incur a fee.
